Please fill out the provided booking form to request an appointment. After this is submitted please allow at least 48 hours for a response, I’ll be communicating with you through email at that point forward. Please note that filling out a form doesn’t guarantee an appointment, it only allows me to gather information about your tattoo idea.

I have more detailed information about my policies on my Instagram highlights, but here is a basic rundown!

Deposits - a $100 deposit is required to book a time slot. They are nonrefundable, and will be applied towards the total cost of your tattoo. Deposits may be forfeited if there is a no call no show, cancellation, needing to reschedule more than once, or less than two days notice of a rescheduling need

Pricing - my hourly rate is $150/hr. $150 is also my minimum for any tattoo. I post my own flash within flat rate ranges, these are posted on my Instagram @maltattoos

Payment -I accept cash and card, please note that there is a 4% service fee added to card transactions.
